After building myself a backdrop for my videos out of PVC pipe and a bedsheet, I took to Twitch Friday night with my yellowed copy of “The Time Machine” by H.G. Wells in hand. All things considered, it turned out better than I expected, even if my cat thought it was cuddle time the entire time. Watch the video below.
NATE READS THE CLASSICS: “The Time Machine”
This is only my second time streaming on Twitch, so I am still learning a lot. My lighting and camera need work I know, and I found out that reading online is a lot easier than reading from ink-and-paper when your cat is too attached. The full video, unedited, is 2 hours long. Enjoy!
Please, like, comment, subscribe, and ring the bell on the video. You could be the first one to do it!
Taking Suggestions for “NATE READS THE CLASSICS”
Although I didn’t finish the whole book in this video, it won’t take many more sessions like that one to finish. After that, what’s next? Recommend any 100+ year old story below. It must be in the public domain so I can read it on twitch without violating copyright laws.
Want More “NATE READS THE CLASSICS”?
Reading classic literature takes time, and part of my reason for reading stories for free is to draw people to my novel. Withered Kingdom is a fantasy novel I wrote and published recently. Here’s a tagline I’ve been developing:
“Gia doesn’t believe in angels. Even if he is one.”
Buy Withered Kingdom today on Amazon as either a paperback or a Kindle ebook!
